Learning japanese cannot be accomplished by a year or two.
I knew some people took the langauge for 4 years and some took this as their college degree.
Yes! You heard it right, theres some area in the philippines especially davao who offered nihonggo as their main education. One of them is mindanao kokusai daigaku college in davao. Ill list some of them next time but for now i'll breakdown some of the tips on how to study the language fast and effective for beginners like me.
1. Be focus
... meaning you should give ample time on your studies. Set your goal as much as possible. It would be a good help if youll make your daily schedule like the time and the topic that you have to finish for a certain time.
2. Be aware / curious
... meaning always be alert on every single japanese you read or encountered. Ask question if necessary. Do a research online and download several applications that can help you find the meaning. By doing this your knowledge and vocabulary increases without your knowing.
3. Read and write
..... this tips really helps me practice my katakana and hiragana familiarization a lot.
sometimes we can only recognize character by seeing them but when dictation comes and we need to write for the word itself, we sometimes have a hard time right. So write and read as much as you can. It will not only benefit you as a student but as a person as well. Being fluent in a certain language different from your native one is really a plus. Its a skill that everyone would loved to. So take the opportunity to be good.
4. Listen and watch
... meaning immune yourself to natural japanese by listening and watching japanese movies, drama or even anime.
My friend of mine doesnt have a proper nihongo studies but when tried to learn the basic one, he can adopt it easily since hes been an anime addict for some time.
5. Embrace it
.... doing anything can be easy and fun if you love it. Embrace the language by giving your time and effort. Not only your adding your knowledge but youll get younger as well.
This steps are only the basic. We'll take it nice and slow.
If you can follow some of the tips ive mentioned above, i believe they can help you learn japanese the easiest way.
Till next post..
